What gets converted
- Servers: HTTP, SOCKS5, Shadowsocks (AEAD and 2022 ciphers, no plugins), VMess, VLESS (including Reality), Trojan, Hysteria2, TUIC v5 and AnyTLS, with TLS and WebSocket, HTTP Upgrade, gRPC and H2 transports.
- Groups:
select,url-test,fallbackandload-balance. Specola groups hold servers only, so a group inside a group is replaced by its servers.include-allwithfilteris expanded;useandrelayare not supported. - Rules: domain, IP, GeoIP, GeoSite, port, network, process and
RULE-SETrules.MATCHbecomesFINAL. Logical and source rules (AND,SRC-IP-CIDR,IN-PORT…) are kept as comments. - Rule providers: embedded as inline rule sets when downloaded; plain-text classical and IP lists can also stay remote. The binary
mrsformat cannot be converted. - General: port, LAN access, mode, log level, hosts and sniffer. DNS servers, fake-IP and Clash’s system-wide capture settings are not carried over — Specola chooses resolvers itself, and you switch on Enhanced Mode in the app.
Check the result with specola-core -t --config profile.toml before you switch to it, and see the manual for every field.
